What I do

Treatments and massage

Every session starts with a short conversation about where it hurts and what you need. The work is then shaped around you — there is no fixed routine.

Sports massage

Deep, focused work for athletes and active people — before competition, after training, or during recovery from a strain or sprain.

Classic full-body massage

A slower, full-body treatment that releases built-up tension, improves circulation and helps you sleep and switch off.

Back, neck and shoulder

Targeted work for desk-bound shoulders, stiff necks and tired lower backs — the most common reason people come through the door.

Cupping therapy

Traditional cupping used alongside massage to help release tight muscle tissue and increase local blood flow.

Acupuncture

Single-use sterile needles, applied by a CPD-accredited practitioner, used to support pain relief and relaxation.

Foot massage & taping

Reflex-style foot massage for people on their feet all day, plus ankle strapping and taping using sports-club technique.

The therapist

Deniz Perişan

Deniz qualified as a sports masseur in Kayseri in 1991 and went on to spend around thirty years inside the medical teams of professional football clubs in Türkiye, including Kayserispor, Erciyesspor and Çaykur Rizespor. Those years were spent treating the same injuries over and over — strains, sprains, tight hamstrings, stiff backs — which is where a therapist's hands actually learn their trade.

He moved to London in 2021 and has been practising here ever since, adding UK qualifications: a Sport Massage Certificate in 2021 and a Level 3 Massage Therapist Diploma in 2024, followed by accredited acupuncture training in 2025.
